CM asks officials to share Cabinet agenda with Ministers in advance for better understanding

Several Ministers have raised concern over “late circulation of Cabinet agenda notes,” saying they are often receiving them hours before the scheduled meeting, making it difficult to adequately study the subjects.

According to sources, during the Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu at Secretariat on Friday, the Ministers said that advance access to the agenda documents would enable an informed participation in the deliberations. They suggested to the officials to ensure timely circulation of material to facilitate better understanding of policy matters.
