CM seeks tighter CCTV cover, cleaner data access

Bhopal: CM Mohan Yadav on Monday pitched for wider CCTV coverage in public spaces and encouraged the use of eco-friendly materials in affordable housing under the Assembly Constituency Development Scheme.He also directed that all statistical data of the state, department-wise, division-wise, and district-wise, be made available on a single integrated platform. Yadav was reviewing the working of the planning, economics and statistics department at the Mantralaya.While reviewing the state’s birth and death registration system, the CM directed officials to prepare an action plan for initiating death registration facilities directly at cremation grounds. This will particularly benefit people in rural and semi-urban areas by making it easier to obtain death certificates.During the meeting chaired by Yadav, it was informed that more than 1.37 lakh students have benefited so far under the Chief Minister Community Leadership Capacity Development Programme.
