CM to hand over appointment letters to 936 police personnel

Lucknow: Chief minister Yogi Adityanath will hand over appointment letters to 936 head operators/head operators (mechanical) selected by the UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board on Tuesday.

The event will be organised at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan in Lucknow.

Finance and parliamentary affairs minister Suresh Khanna will also be present at the event.Last Sunday, CM Yogi attended the passing-out parade of over 60,000 civil police constables. Following this, on Apr 28, he will participate in the appointment letter distribution ceremony for the 936 head operators/head operators (mechanical) selected for the UP Police telecommunications department.On this occasion, the CM will also address the newly appointed personnel and urge them to discharge their duties with honesty and dedication. The event will also highlight the govt’s transparent recruitment process and its efforts to strengthen law and order, officials said.
