The Cyberabad Police conducted the second edition of its “Coffee with a Cop” initiative focused on mental wellness and open conversations among young adults aged between 16 and 25 years.

The session aimed to create a safe and judgment-free space for participants to interact with police officials, share experiences and normalise conversations around mental health.

The programme began with a “One Word Check-In” activity, where participants described their mental state in a single word, encouraging openness and self-reflection.

Cyberabad Women and Child Safety Wing DCP K. Srujana addressed the gathering and spoke about resilience, emotional balance and managing stress while handling demanding professional responsibilities. She shared that staying dedicated to one’s goals and maintaining a healthy separation between work and personal life helped in coping with difficult situations.

Interactive activities during the session included “Red Flag and Green Flag” discussions on recognising burnout, prioritising rest and understanding emotional wellbeing. Participants also took part in games and group exercises centred around mental health awareness.

The evening concluded with participants singing popular songs together, symbolising acceptance, connection and shared experiences.
