In a shocking claim, Manchester United legend David Beckham and his wife, Victoria Beckham, have been accused by their son, Brooklyn, of trying to ruin his married life with actress Nicola Peltz. Taking to Instagram, Brooklyn shared a series of story posts detailing an ongoing personal feud within the family.

The 26-year-old alleged that both David and Victoria have been “attacking" the young couple in the press with their remarks. The eldest child of the great Red Devils star, Brooklyn, said he wouldn’t hold back any longer against his parents.

‘I’m Standing Up For Myself’

“I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private. Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed," Brooklyn wrote in one of the posts, the screengrabs of which became a talking point over Reddit.

“I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life."

In recent months, Brooklyn has stepped out for public events with his wife Nicola in Los Angeles and New York, but hasn’t been spotted with his parents, David and Victoria.

In one of his posts, Brooklyn claimed that members of his family told him that Nicola was “not blood" and “not family" the night before their wedding back in 2022 and made her feel “disrespected" on a number of occasions in recent years.

‘My Mum Has Invited Women From My Past’

Brooklyn alleged that David’s wife and Spice Girls diva, Victoria, was trying to create tensions between him and Nicola by trying to invite “women from my past into their lives. That was clearly intended to make us both uncomfortable."

He later accused his father of giving them a cold shoulder even as they made efforts to mend the problems. “Despite this, we still travelled to London for my dad’s birthday and were rejected for a week as we waited in our hotel room trying to plan quality time with him," Brooklyn wrote.

“He refused all our attempts, unless it was at his big birthday party with a hundred guests and cameras at every corner. When he finally agreed to see me, it was under the condition that Nicola wasn’t invited."

Brooklyn accused David of prioritising “Brand Beckham" above everything and lambasted the narrative that his wife controls him, calling it a “backwards" ideology.

“I have been controlled by my parents all my life. I grew up with overwhelming anxiety. For the first time in my life, since stepping away from my family, that anxiety has disappeared," he wrote.
