Victoria Beckham, Cruz Beckham and other family members attended Brazil’s final group-stage match against Scotland at the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Miami. The family supported Brazil because Jackie Apostel, Cruz’s longtime girlfriend, is Brazilian.
Photos from the match showed David sharing a warm hug with Jackie, while he and Cruz also enjoyed several father-son moments during the game.
Before kickoff, Jackie posted photos of herself and Cruz wearing matching Brazil-themed outfits. David was also spotted relaxing with a glass of red wine while watching Brazil seal a comfortable 3-0 victory over Scotland.
Jackie, a Brazilian-German singer and songwriter, has been dating Cruz since 2024. The couple made their relationship Instagram official in October that year and recently celebrated their second anniversary.
Over the past two years, Jackie has often been seen with the Beckham family at holidays, events and family gatherings, showing that she has become a close part of their lives.
Brooklyn Beckham celebrates Nelson Peltz while family relationship remains strained
The happy family moment came as Brooklyn Beckham once again showed his closeness with his wife Nicola Peltz’s family. On the same day, Brooklyn posted a birthday message for his father-in-law, billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz, who turned 84.
He wrote, “Happy birthday Nelson x I love u so much” and added, “I’m so happy I could celebrate you today! Thank you for being the best father in law.” The post included photos from a family celebration in Florida.
According to reports from the Daily Mail, Brooklyn has remained distant from David, Victoria and his siblings for more than a year.
He reportedly has little direct contact with them and has skipped several important family occasions, including David Beckham’s 50th birthday and Father’s Day celebrations.
That contrast was hard to miss. While David and the rest of the Beckham family were seen sharing warm moments with Jackie at the World Cup, Brooklyn chose to publicly celebrate his relationship with the Peltz family instead, keeping the focus on the ongoing divide.
