Davide Ancelotti, son of legendary Italian coach Carlo, was appointed as the head coach of the Brazilian side Botafogo on Wednesday.

The 35-year-old, who served as an assistant to his father at Everton, Napoli and Bayern Munich, will helm the Rio de Janeiro-based club for his first job as a head coach.
