It is 100% false; Sidharth and I are very strong (Exclusive)

Amid reports claiming that director Deepak Kumar Mishra had been ousted from the upcoming film Vvan due to creative differences with actor Sidharth Malhotra, Mishra has categorically denied any such development.Speaking exclusively to Mumbai Mirror, Mishra said, “I don’t have any such information.

Nothing has happened. This is out of the blue. I just want to state that nothing has happened.

The report cited sources claiming that the creative disagreements had reached a point where the production house decided to bring in a new director. We also reached out to Malhotra's team who didn't respond to our query till the time we went to the press.According to sources cited in the PeepingMoon article, the two struggled to align on key aspects of the film’s vision. Their differences reportedly intensified during pre-production, creating an uneasy working environment. The report claims this friction ultimately led to Mishra’s exit from the director’s chair.

Sources further confirmed to the portal that Mishra would no longer be directing the film. Mishra, a long-standing creative force at TVF, has been associated with the company since its early days. He is best known for directing some of its most iconic and critically acclaimed content, including Permanent Roommates, Barely Speaking with Arnub, Humorously Yours, The Making Of…, and the award-winning series Panchayat.
