In a key initiative to harness the eco-tourism potential and create employment opportunities for local youth, Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has inaugurated the Puligundala Eco-Tourism Project in Kanakagiri Reserve Forest Block in Sathupalli division of Khammam district on Wednesday (April 15, 2026).

The Deputy Chief Minister along with Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy launched cottages, boating facilities and jungle safari at the picturesque site developed as part of the eco-tourism project.
