Devotees take part in Madhyaradhana Mahotsav at Mantralayam

Madhyaradhana Mahotsav was celebrated as part of the 354th Aradhana of Sri Raghavendra Swamy at Mantralayam in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh with religious fervour on Monday.

Peethadhipathi of the mutt Sri Subudhendra Tirtha performed special pujas, including Maha Panchamrutabhisheka, at the Moola Brindavan of Sri Raghavendra Swamy.

Thousands of devotees from various States are taking part in the annual event.

Later, Sri Rayara Suvarna Prathika was placed in a Suvarna Ratha and the Pratahkaala Rathotsava was conducted in the Sri Mutt Prakaram.

A large number of devotees participated in the procession, singing bhajans and chanting “Om Sri Raghavendraya Namaha” with great devotion.
