In her latest YouTube vlog, filmmaker-choreographer Farah Khan, along with her cook Dilip, paid a visit to actor and content creator Dhanashree Verma at her Mumbai home. Dhanashree has been in the news recently following her divorce from cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal, which ended their four-year marriage.
Before heading into the kitchen to prepare a chicken leaf wrap, Farah sat down with her to chat about Yuzvendra, her new independent life, and even her surprising experience treating Ranbir Kapoor back when she worked as a dentist. The video began with Farah admiring Dhanashree’s home—from the greenery in the balcony to the cozy bar and couch. She asked, “First you were living with your parents, then you married Yuzi, of course you were living with him.
Both of you had come to my party,” gently pointing out how life has changed since her divorce. When Farah asked if things had settled down between her and Yuzi, Dhanashree replied with a simple yes.During the house tour, Dhanashree proudly showed the paintings on her walls, created by her grandmother. “She painted these when she also has Parkinson’s disease,” she said. The two then spoke about Dhanashree’s time on Jhalak Dikhla Jaa.
“I got a lot of scolding,” she laughed, to which Farah admitted, “I used to scold her a lot because I could see her potential. You last 4-5 weeks ya, not bad.”Later in the vlog, she opened up about how she once planned a career in dentistry before stepping into entertainment. “I had to give up all of this. I practiced for three years, there was one clinic in Bandra and Lokhandwala. All these TV people used to come, I have treated Ranbir Kapoor also once,” she revealed. Amused, Farah asked, “You looked inside his mouth? How was it? Was it different?” Dhanashree laughed and replied, “That was my job.
It was quite healthy, good hygiene.”Dhanashree is now set to be a part of a reality show 'Rise And Fall'.
