Dhanbad Civil Court Bomb Threat: Hoax Mail Triggers Police Search

Dhanbad: The police on Thursday carried out a search of the Dhanbad civil court after the SP office received an email threatening to blow up the premises. However, it turned out to be a hoax mail as no explosives were found during the search.A similar threat mail was sent on Feb 25. Hoax mails have been sent to Ranchi civil court premises, Bokaro civil court, regional passport office and district collectorate in Ranchi in recent weeks.A large contingent of police was deployed, and sniffer dogs were deployed to locate explosives.
