Brett Alan Nelson, the creative director behind Doja Cat’s latest music video, had recently shared a clip of the said song. While most had praised him for his talent and hard work, Banks had shared questionable statements in the comment section.

The singer had commented about how the music video “s**ks” and even commented how it must be because Nelson has been working with “that young mukbang”. Fans connected the dots that the comments were directly targeted at Lisa, with whom the director has worked on many occasions, and has even shared multiple posts on his account as well. Azealia also took to another one of her social media accounts to share transphobic comments about the ‘Rockstar’ singer. She shared a screenshot of a popular question forum platform, where the question, “Is Lisa from Blackpink trans?” This is also not the first time that Azealia has made such comments about the idol as well.
