Disruption in water supply to parts of Hyderabad for 36 hours from 8 a.m. on March 7

Drinking water to some parts in and around Hyderabad will either not be supplied or pressure will be weak for 36 hours, from 8 a.m. on Saturday (March 7, 2026) to 8 p.m. on Sunday, due to repair works taken up by Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB). 

The Board said that repair and maintenance works would be taken up at Manjira Phase-3, Pedapur pumphouse, pipelines from Pedapur to Singapur and others. People were urged to be judicious while using water.
