Donald Trump has thrown out a surprising idea for a future fight. He told Jake Paul that he should try to bring UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov out of retirement. Khabib Nurmagomedov walked away from MMA in 2020 as the UFC lightweight champion.

He finished his career with a perfect 29 wins and no losses. Since then, he has stayed firm on his decision to retire. Even huge offers have not changed his mind. One of those offers was reportedly worth $100 million to fight boxing icon Floyd Mayweather.Still, Donald Trump believes a fight between Jake Paul and Khabib Nurmagomedov would be interesting to watch. Jake Paul has already built a reputation by fighting former MMA stars in boxing matches.

Over the past few years he has beaten fighters like Anderson Silva, Nate Diaz, and Ben Askren. He also knocked out Tyron Woodley in their rematch. Now, Donald Trump thinks the next name on that list should be Khabib Nurmagomedov.
