Addressing MBA students of the outgoing batch at Saraansh, the graduation day celebration of Bright Business School, Hubballi, held at a city hotel on Sunday, the chief guest said India is a land of immense opportunities and is rapidly emerging as a global manufacturing hub. Highlighting the pace of technological change, Prof Thyagaraja said discussions have already progressed from artificial intelligence and machine learning to data analytics and may soon focus on synthetic intelligence. “Adapting quickly to emerging technologies is crucial,” he said. He encouraged students to develop entrepreneurial skills and become job creators rather than job seekers. MV Karmari, managing director of Karnataka Conveyors and Systems, Hubballi, said India’s rapid economic growth has created immense opportunities for young professionals. He noted that the country has emerged as one of the world’s leading automobile manufacturing nations and urged students to uphold cultural values and cherish family bonds.
