Eid-ul-Fitr 2026: Chiranjeevi, Allu Arjun, and Jr NTR lead South cinema’s festive greetings

On the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, many big stars from the South Indian film industry shared their wishes with people on the joyous day. Actors like Chiranjeevi, Allu Arjun, Jr NTR and others shared kind messages, wishing peace, happiness and a good life for everyone.

Tollywood Megastar Chiranjeevi shared a sweet message via his social media handle. He wrote, "Eid Mubarak. May this beautiful occasion fill your life with happiness, peace, and togetherness. Wishing you and your loved ones endless joy and blessings."

Allu Arjun also sent his wishes, writing, "Eid Mubarak. Wishing happiness, good health, and prosperity to you and your loved ones."

‘Varanasi’ star Mahesh Babu also posted a greeting with a poster and wished everyone Eid Mubarak.Jr NTR shared his message. The ‘Dragon’ actor wrote, "#EidMubarak! Wishing you love, togetherness and beautiful moments with your loved ones." Sai Dharam Tej wrote, “#EidMubarak !! May this joyous Ramzan be filled with love, peace, and happiness.”

Kamal Haasan’s wishes

Kamal Haasan shared his message in Tamil. He said the festival teaches us to help others, feed the hungry, and show kindness to people in need. His note, loosely translated in English, read, “To my dear Islamic brothers and sisters celebrating the festival of Eid, which teaches us that true service lies in feeding hungry stomachs and wiping away the tears of the humble, my warm Ramadan greetings.”

Actor Sivakarthikeyan, who is in Singapore with his family, wrote, "#EidMubarak, my dear brothers and sisters. Wishing you all peace, happiness and prosperity." Vijay Sethupathi also wished everyone. He shared a poster that read, "Wishing you all a beautiful Eid filled with peace, love and prosperity."Several other production houses also shared Eid wishes and spread festive cheer.
