After Leonardo DiCaprio, and James Cameron, another Oscar-winning star has just confessed their K-Pop obsession. Two-time Oscar winner, Emma Stone, spilled the beans about her new-found love for K-Pop, following the release of the Oscar-nominated film 'KPop Demon Hunters' and her unforgettable encounter with BTS at SNL.Emma Stone on her obsession with 'KPop Demon Hunters'In a chat with RollingStone, the actress was quizzed about what she has been listening to lately, when she revealed, "To be quite honest with you, the thing that we’ve been listening to day-in and day-out, non-stop around the clock, because I have an almost 5-year-old, is the entire soundtrack of KPop Demon Hunters. It’s all we listen to from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m."When asked whether her daughter has watched the film, Stone quipped, "It’s out of control.
It’s all we do." She, however, went on to defend her daughter saying, "I also would be doing this, with or without having a 5-year-old." Emma Stone on frenzy around BTSBeyond the animated film, Stone declared that she loved K-Pop and shared her 'cool' experience hosting SNL while BTS was the musical guest. Addressing the frenzy around the band's gig on the show, she said, "I’ve never heard pandemonium like that at SNL.
People were sleeping on the street for like days to get tickets for the show. It was unbelievable."Seeing this dedication from ARMY reportedly kicked off her passion for the K-Pop band and she said, "I very much would like to go see them on tour."Emma Stone on meeting BTSStone also recalled her meeting the RM, Jin, Jimin, JungKook, J-Hope, SUGA and V, back stage. While admitting that the group was very focused on their performance, she did manage to get a "Hey" during the rehearsals. It was only later that she got to meet them all and said, "They gave me some signed stuff, and I really felt like a kid again, just really excited."BTS set for March comebackBTS will soon be back on stage with new music as they ear up for the release of their new album, 'ARIRANG'. The band will also set out on a world tour which will also stream LIVE on Netflix.
