The Commissioner of the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) has directed officials to ensure zero harassment to citizens while delivering public services, placing citizen experience at the centre of administrative functioning. The directive came during a video conference held with heads of departments, Zonal Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners and other officials on Monday (March 23) to review governance, service delivery and grievance redressal systems.
Taking a stand on public-facing services, Cyberabad Municipal Commissioner G. Srijana instructed that applications related to birth and death certificates, property tax and other civic services must be processed without unnecessary delays or rejections, provided documentation is complete.
