Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday warned that Iran now has the “capacity to reach deep into Europe," saying its missile threats, including long-range launches, put “the entire world in its sights" and require a coordinated international response.
Netanyahu made the comments while visiting the site of a recent missile strike in Arad, where he said the lack of casualties was “due to luck, not their intention."
Referring to missile attacks on Israeli civilian areas over the past 48 hours, he accused Tehran of attempting “to murder civilians" and of indiscriminate targeting, citing a missile launched toward Jerusalem last week that landed near major religious sites including the Western Wall, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
