Exclusive - Falak Khan manifests Bigg Boss this year; says 'I want to see if I can survive without my phone

Seher Hone Ko Hai fame Falak Khan manifests her wish to enter Bigg Boss this year, sharing that she has been deeply inclined towards the reality show since childhood.Speaking exclusively with Times of India TV, she says, “The first thing is Bigg Boss is a brand and since childhood, I have been watching the reality show.

I love and enjoy watching every season of Bigg Boss.

So, I also definitely want to enter the biggest reality show of India, and I want to explore myself and my personality.”She further adds, “I want to discover which sides of my personality come out in the Bigg Boss house—both during the day and at night—especially in such a restricted environment, where I might even learn things about myself that I don’t yet know. I’m also curious to see how Falak Khan would behave in these situations.

Overall, I want to explore and understand myself better through the Bigg Boss experience."Explaining the emotional and psychological aspect, Falak shares, “Secondly, I feel life is a roller-coaster for everyone, filled with both highs and lows. Outside the house, when such phases come, you usually have many other things to keep yourself busy and distracted."Falak adds, “Even if there’s just a five-minute break during a shoot, we immediately reach for our phones and start scrolling through Instagram or social media.

So when all of that is taken away, and you have to stay without a mobile for months or even days, how does it affect you? Can we really handle that? I want to find that out too.”When asked if she mentally a strong person, the actress shared, "“Yes, I am psychologically and mentally a very strong person. I know my strength, but I want to explore how strong I truly am. To understand that difference, I feel I would definitely love to be a part of Bigg Boss.”Talking about strategies, Falak says, ““There is no strategy. I have never followed any plan, even in reality shows, and I don’t believe strategies really work on a platform like Bigg Boss, especially on national television. Your true self eventually comes out. You might be able to fake your personality for two or four days, but after that, different sides of you start showing based on the situations. We all have many personalities within us, and they reveal themselves over time.

Sharing her honest excitement, Falak says, “So, in that kind of situation, I will want to meet my new self. There are no strategies, and I haven't planned anything. As an audience, we have been watching Bigg Boss for so many years, and we also judge contestants. We watch the contestants inside. Then we see that, ‘Oh my God, why are they reacting like this over such small things?’ Now there are a lot of friends who have previously gone to Bigg Boss.

When I talk to them during some interviews or candid conversations, they tell me that it is very easy to see from the outside, it is very easy to judge. So I don't think there is going to be any kind of strategy which works in the Bigg Boss house. I also will go with my instincts, my inner self, my personality, and I am just looking forward to exploring my new self.”
