If you are a friend, don’t expose personal matters

Bhojpuri actress Dimpal Singh has opened up about the recent incident between Bhavya Singh and Divya Agarwal inside the reality show The 50. Making it very clear that she is not speaking about herself, Dimpal shared that what disturbed her most was the way personal matters were brought out publicly.“I was not personally involved in that situation,” she says, “but watching what happened between Bhavya and Divya really hurt me as a person who values friendship deeply.”Speaking about loyalty, she adds, “Friendship means a lot to me. I don’t behave sweetly just because there are cameras around. If I call someone a friend, I genuinely respect them. But friendship comes with responsibility.”Referring to the incident, she explains, “If two people decide that certain conversations are private, then those conversations should remain private.

If a friend shares something with you in confidence and you reveal it on national television, then what is the meaning of that friendship? Trust once broken can never be the same again.”Dimpal also questioned the overall environment inside the house. “I honestly thought it would be more about tasks and strategy. But there were fights, emotional outbursts, and then the same people acting normal a few hours later. That felt very fake to me.

I cannot switch emotions like that.”She further addressed the “outsider” tag often used during the show. “Experience cannot be judged by how many reality shows you have done. One strong body of work is equal to a hundred small appearances. Hard work and dedication speak louder than labels,” she says confidently. However, she remains respectful towards the platform. “I have full respect for the show and the opportunity it gives to artists. But fairness is very important. A game should remain a game. Personal dignity and friendships should not be sacrificed for content,” she concludes firmly.
