Extend Prajavani to revenue division level and mandal level for speedy grievance redressal: CM

Directing the officials concerned to further strengthen the Prajavani, the platform enabling people to register their grievances for timely solutions, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has asked them to decentralise the system so that people at the grass root levels will be able to register their complaints.

Prajavani, launched a few days after the Congress Government took over the reins in December 2023, has ensured speedy redressal of grievances. Senior officials of different departments receive complaints through Prajavani every Friday and take steps for their expeditious redressal. A similar mechanism has been functioning at the district level, where collectors are conducting Prajavani on a weekly basis.
