Five including groom killed in UP's Sambhal as car crashes into college wall

Five people, including a groom, were killed when the car in which they were travelling lost control and rammed into the wall of a college in Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh.

According to police, there were more than 12 people in the ill-fated car that lost control. The groom, a woman and three children perished in the accident.

Senior police officials, including Additional SP Anukriti Sharma and the Circle Officer, rushed to the spot along with other police personnel from Junawai police station.

The injured have been admitted to a local government hospital where they are presently undergoing treatment.
