Realty firm Gaurs Group reported a 12% increase in sales bookings to Rs 5,347 crore during April–December of the current fiscal, driven by strong demand for its residential and commercial properties.
The Delhi-NCR-based developer had clocked property sales worth Rs 4,786 crore in the corresponding period of 2024, PTI reported.During the first three quarters of FY2025-26, the company sold about 5.92 million sq ft across 2,578 units, with residential projects accounting for nearly 95% of total bookings. Manoj Gaur, CMD of Gaurs Group, said the performance reflects sustained buyer confidence in the brand.“The strong sales performance reflects the deep trust that homebuyers have in brand Gaurs.
Over the years, our commitment to quality construction, timely delivery and thoughtfully designed projects have strengthened this relationship with our customers,” he said.Sarthak Gaur, Director at the company, attributed the growth in bookings to rising demand for planned housing developments aligned with global lifestyle aspirations.“With a strong pipeline of developments and multiple launches lined up for 2026–27, we expect the coming year to be a major phase of expansion with a strong focus on the Yamuna Expressway region,” he added, PTI quoted.
The broader real estate market has also witnessed robust traction. According to industry data, 28 major listed realty firms sold properties worth nearly Rs 1.33 lakh crore in the first nine months of the fiscal. Godrej Properties led with bookings of Rs 24,008 crore, followed by Prestige Estates Projects at Rs 22,327.3 crore.DLF, the country’s largest real estate company by market capitalisation, recorded pre-sales of Rs 16,176 crore, while Lodha Developers and Signature Global posted bookings of Rs 14,640 crore and Rs 6,680 crore respectively.Gaurs Group, which is not yet listed on stock exchanges, has indicated plans to launch an initial public offering. Unlisted developers typically do not disclose detailed booking figures.The company recently signed a memorandum of understanding with Elematic India, the Indian arm of Finland-based Elematic Group, to set up a precast manufacturing facility in Greater Noida with an investment of Rs 100 crore.Gaurs Group (Gaursons India Pvt Ltd) has developed more than 100 million sq ft and delivered over 75,000 homes across 70 projects, including three integrated townships. The developer is active across residential, commercial and hospitality segments and also operates a few schools.
