GHMC Chief City Planner K. Srinivas transferred, appointed as RERA Secretary

Telangana government has issued orders on Thursday (June 25, 2026) appointing M. Bhavani Rani, the Director (Planning) of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority as the Chief City Planner of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. The present CCP K. Srinivas has been transferred and appointed as the Secretary of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
