Girl found dead in Kozhikode

A 21-year-old undergraduate girl student was found dead at her house in Koyilandy on Tuesday (February 24, 2026) evening. The police identified the deceased as Sreenanda, daughter of Anil Kumar.

A case of unnatural death was registered at the Koyilandy police station following the incident. Police sources said there were strange wounds on the forehead and chin of the girl, which would be investigated further after getting the post-mortem report.
