Varun Dhawan recently took to Instagram to share his feeling of home-sickness. He dropped some adorable pictures with his daughter and his furry friend.Despite his current grind, actor Varun Dhawan's heart is at home with his kid and beloved dog.

The actor gave fans a peek into his life as a father by sharing a cute photo of his babies.

Even though his post is dedicated to his pet dog, the photo of him with his kid and his furry companion is the one that's getting the most attention.Varun captioned the photos, saying, "My raja babu #joey #missmybabies." The ‘Main Tera Hero’ actor can be seen holding Joey in his arms as he walks outside in the rain in one picture, and playing with him in another.In one photo, Varun is seen having fun at home with his daughter Lara and their beloved dog Joey. Varun is seen sleeping on his stomach on the carpet, shirtless and wearing black-and-white shorts. Joey's face is in his hands. His young daughter, wearing a pink outfit, is seated on vibrant play mats in the foreground, her face hidden behind a heart emoji for privacy.Fans were happy to get a sweet glimpse of Varun’s daughter.

Another social media user wrote, “Lara and Joey with their daddy no 1”.In 2021, Varun tied the knot with Natasha Dalal, his longtime girlfriend. In June 2024, their daughter Lara was born.

Varun didn't disclose her identity until October of last year during a conversation with Amitabh Bachchan on an episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati.Recently, in an interview with PTI, Varun spoke about his daughter, saying, “Being a father, especially to a daughter, is a transformative experience. It changes your perspective. When I became a father, I recalled my mother's teachings and realised how I could ever be rude to her after seeing how my wife, Natasha Dalal, cares for our daughter.

It's been a crazy and wonderful journey".Meanwhile on the work front, he was most recently seen in cameo roles in Stree 2 and Munjya, as his iconic character of Bhediya. He also starred in Baby John but the film failed to make its mark. He will soon star in Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, which will be released this year, and Border 2, which will hit screens in 2026.
