GPSC STI result 2026 declared at gpsc.gujarat.gov.in, download category-wise cut-offs, final answer key here

The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) has officially announced the GPSC STI Result 2026 for the Preliminary Examination conducted for the post of State Tax Inspector (STI), Class-3.

The result has been released along with the Final Answer Key under Advertisement No. 27/2025-26. The announcement marks a crucial milestone for candidates aspiring to appear in the Main Written Examination.The preliminary examination was conducted on the 4th of January, 2026, and in consideration of the same, the candidates numbering 5,783 have been declared to be provisionally qualified to appear in the mains examination, strictly in accordance with the examination regulations and the eligibility criteria as indicated in the advertisement.Provisional Eligibility for Main Written ExaminationIt must also be noted by candidates whose names have been shortlisted in the preliminary stage that this selection is valid in a provisional form. All candidates who are qualified have to submit a new Detailed Application Form in respect of admission to the next Main Written Examination, in compliance with a separate instruction that would be sent by the Commission.

Along with the result, the GPSC has also released the Final Answer Key for the Preliminary Examination. The answer key has been finalised after the examination of the objections that were raised against the provisional answer key. According to the Commission, six questions were cancelled, and the marks were allocated proportionally for the remaining questions during the evaluation process.GPSC STI 2026 Category-wise Cut-OffThe qualifying cut-off marks will be the marks obtained by the last candidate in the merit list of each category.

Marks Access and Important InstructionsThe marks that the candidates scored can be seen from 9 February 2026 onwards until 20:30 hours by simply logging into the official GPSC page with their credentials. The bonus marks have also been provided to the candidates, including widow candidates and candidates with sports achievements through government resolutions.
