GRIHA Council, Credai Ahmedabad join hands to boost green buildings

Ahmedabad: GRIHA Council, India’s national green building rating agency, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Credai Ahmedabad to accelerate the adoption of green building standards in the real estate sector.Rajesh Vaswani, chairman of Credai Ahmedabad, said the MoU will promote wider adoption through awareness initiatives, training programmes, and deeper industry engagement.Sanjay Seth, vice president and CEO of GRIHA Council, said the partnership will extend sustainable building practices beyond landmark projects to homes, offices, and commercial developments that influence everyday urban life across growing cities.
