Formula One’s smallest team just got a monster-sized boost, literally.
Haas F1 Team are embracing chaos, culture, and confidence as they gear up to take on the grid’s heavyweights this season.
Haas announced a season-long collaboration with Toho Co. — the creators of Godzilla.

The “King of the Monsters" will now feature on an F1 car, with the partnership debuting at the Japanese Grand Prix (March 27–29) following a special livery reveal in Tokyo.
“Get ready for Godzilla to rampage on the world’s fastest stage," Toho’s Chief Godzilla Officer Keiji Ota said.
Haas The Early Season Giant Killers
But this isn’t just a flashy PR stunt. Haas have actually been delivering on track.
Led by team principal Ayao Komatsu and backed by Toyota’s motorsport division, the American outfit have surged to fourth in the constructors’ standings after just two races and a sprint.
Currently, they are placed ahead of giants like Red Bull Racing and within touching distance of reigning champions McLaren F1 Team.
Much of that momentum has come from rising star Oliver Bearman, who has quietly put together a standout start to the season. He’s fifth in the drivers’ standings and even sits ahead of world champion Lando Norris.
Their standout moment? Shanghai. While McLaren stumbled and Red Bull faltered, Bearman delivered a fifth-place finish from P10 on the grid.
Haas finished eighth last season, and weren’t expected to trouble the front-runners. Even Komatsu admitted he didn’t think they could fight Red Bull coming out of pre-season testing.
And yet, here they are now — with Godzilla stamped across their car and momentum on their side.
