Hardik Pandya gets a 'M' tattoo for his girlfriend Mahieka Sharma; tattoo artist reveals, 'It was evident how deeply in love they were' (Exclusive)

Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya got a new tattoo dedicated to girlfriend Mahieka Sharma, with an elegant ‘M’ on her birthday. Sunny Bhanushali, Lead Artist & Founder, Aliens Tattoo, who inked the tattoo, along with his team, tells us exclusively that the ink was conceived as a birthday gift for Mahieka.

“The letter M was the main focus, with two leopards, being used a symbol of how they love chasing success, and their love for big cats in general,” he says.Interestingly, Mahieka was closely involved in the process. The couple initially explored nature and earth-inspired motifs, nodding to the meaning of her name — ‘daughter of earth’ — but eventually chose something that felt more personal. Bhanushali adds, "⁠The delicate fine line M incorporated in a fine line leopard represent Mahieka, and a realistic leopard representing Hardik, leopard being used a symbol of how they love chasing success, and their love for big cats in general.

He adds, "Since this was his gift to Mahieka, it was evident how deeply in love they were — discussing the design together, blushing at little details, completely lost in their own happy world."

Is Mahieka planning a tattoo for Hardik as well? Bhanushali reveals, "⁠She did not at the moment, but she did speak about getting one matching tattoo in the future, and this design was made keeping that in mind, something that even she can get in the future."Pandya confirmed his relationship with Sharma last year.
