TNNPrayagraj: “Health and happiness are not distant destinations but the outcome of the small, everyday decisions we make,” says Dr Ankita Raj, the author of a book titled “ Quick Tips for Health & Happiness”.Chief minster Yogi Adityanath unveiled the book in Lucknow on Saturday. He has also written the preface of the book. Dr Raj’s husband, IAS officer and Prayagraj DM Manish Kumar Verma, was also present on the occasion.Spanning across eleven chapters—covering topics such as health, mental growth, relationships, habits, productivity, courage, efficiency, community spirit, and interpersonal skills—the book blends real-life stories with research-backed advice.
