Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday filed a fresh affidavit before the Delhi High Court, seeking the recusal of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma from hearing the excise policy case in which he is an accused. Kejriwal contended that an apparent conflict of interest arises as the judge’s children are working under the Solicitor General, who is representing Centre in the same case.
