Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Wednesday (April 15, 2026) announced that all eligible women in the tribal district of Kinnaur will be provided ₹1,500 per month under the Indira Gandhi Pyari Behna Sukh Samman Nidhi scheme.

He was speaking at Reckong Peo in Kinnaur district at a State-level event on the occasion of the 79th Himachal Day. He unfurled the national flag and took the salute at the march past.
