Hisense U7Q 55-inch Ultra HD 4K smart mini LED TV
features a sleek and minimalistic design which will add a premium touch to your home decor. Its ultra-slim bezels create a nearly edge-to-edge viewing experience, drawing attention to the screen rather than the frame. The metallic finish adds a touch of sophistication, while the centrally positioned stand offers both stability and style, making it suitable for tabletop placement or wall mounting. Cable management is subtly integrated, helping maintain a clean and clutter-free setup. The Hisense U7Q 55-inch Ultra HD 4K smart mini LED TV offers multiple connectivity ports which include two USB ports, 1 Ethernet and AV port, 4 HDMI ports, 1 port for earphones and 2 Antenna ports. Along with this, the device also offers Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. All these ports are placed on the rear of the device at the bottom.
Hisense U7Q 55-inch Ultra HD 4K comes with a user-friendly remote control. The remote easily connects with smart TV and offers responsive control. The remote also consists of quick-access buttons for popular streaming services and voice control integration. The smart TV also supports hands-free voice commands via Alexa Built-In and VIDAA Voice, including support for Hindi, making it more accessible to Indian users. Navigating through the VIDAA U8.5 operating system is smooth and intuitive, offering a wide range of apps and customisation options. The remote also enables control of smart home devices, adding to its utility beyond just TV functions.
Coming to the display, the Hisense U7Q 55-inch Ultra HD 4K smart TV features a 55-inch display. The 55-inch display of the smart TV comes with 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160) resolution. The 4K Ultra HD resolution panel is enhanced by Mini LED backlighting, which allows for precise control over brightness and contrast thanks to its densely packed LED zones—up to 608 local dimming zones. This results in deeper blacks, brighter highlights, and overall improved dynamic range. The addition of Quantum Dot technology elevates colour reproduction, delivering rich, vibrant hues that remain accurate across a wide spectrum. With support for Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+, and HLG, the TV adapts to ambient lighting and content type to optimise picture quality in real time. Gamers and sports enthusiasts will appreciate the 144Hz refresh rate, which ensures smooth motion and reduced blur during fast-paced scenes. Altogether, the U7Q’s display is engineered to deliver a cinematic and immersive experience.
Performance
The Hisense U7Q 55-inch Mini LED TV delivers a performance package that’s hard to beat in its price segment. At its core is the Hi-View Engine, an AI-powered processor that intelligently enhances picture quality in real time, adjusting contrast, sharpness, and color based on the content being displayed. This ensures that everything from fast-paced action scenes to quiet dialogue moments is rendered with clarity and precision. The TV supports AMD FreeSync Premium, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), making it a strong contender for gamers who demand smooth, responsive gameplay. With a native refresh rate of 144Hz, it handles motion exceptionally well, reducing blur and judder during sports broadcasts and gaming sessions.
Audio performance is equally impressive, thanks to a 49W multi-speaker system tuned by Devialet, which includes a dedicated subwoofer for deeper bass and support for Dolby Atmos. This setup delivers immersive sound that fills the room, eliminating the need for external speakers in most cases. On the software front, the U7Q runs on VIDAA OS U8.5, Hisense’s proprietary smart TV platform. It’s fast, intuitive, and content-forward, offering quick access to popular streaming apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and YouTube. The interface is clean and customizable, and the inclusion of Alexa Built-In and VIDAA Voice—with support for Hindi—adds a layer of convenience for voice-based navigation and smart home control. Overall, the U7Q combines powerful hardware with intelligent software to deliver a seamless and satisfying entertainment experience.
