How Iran claimed the upper hand after two US jets crashed in a day

For the first time in 20 years, a US jet was downed during a combat mission, and as on Saturday, a pilot of the aircraft was still missing even as Iranian and US forces made attempts to locate him.

Iranian fire brought down a two-seat US F-15E jet and Iran claimed to have also brought down another A-10 Warthog fighter that crashed in Kuwait.
While one pilot from the downed F-15 jet and the pilot of the A-10 Warthog were rescued, one pilot from the F-15 jet was still missing in Iranian territory.
