A day after their dramatic march to the Election Commission, leaders of the INDIA bloc on Tuesday staged another protest in Parliament against alleged “voter theft" and the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise in Bihar.
Several opposition MPs, including Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, wore T-shirts bearing the photo of “Minta Devi", a voter highlighted in Rahul Gandhi’s presentation on alleged electoral irregularities.

Reacting to the protest, Congress MP Manickam Tagore said, “The level of ECI’s failure can be understood, the ECI under Rajiv Kumar, Gyanesh Kumar has become a department of the BJP. They have completely failed. For example, Mita Devi is first-time voter, but 124 years old. We want a discussion on this subject."
He alleged the draft voter list was “fake" and said the T-shirts were worn to expose the irregularities.
The protest saw participation from senior opposition figures, including Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, Derek O’Brien, TR Baalu, and Supriya Sule, who gathered in front of Parliament’s Makar Dwar.
Monday’s Parliament proceedings had already been disrupted over the SIR issue, with Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, and other INDIA bloc MPs detained during a march from Parliament to the EC office.
