India vs South Africa 1st T20 Live Cricket Score Updates: The home series against South Africa, which started on a terrible note with India getting whitewashed 0-2 in the Test series, has come to its final essay, where the Men in Blue will take on Proteas in the five-match T20I series starting with the first game at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack on Tuessday.

T20I skipper Suryakumar Yadav will look to continue where ODI stand-in captain KL Rahul had left the side, with the home team winning the One-Day series 2-1. The T20I side will also see the return of vice-captain Shubman Gill and star all-rounder Hardik Pandya, both of whom are fit and back from their respective injury-induced breaks.

Men in khaki and camouflage manning the highway that connects the 45-km stretch between Bhubaneswar to Cuttack highway; barricades placed at regular intervals; ropes put across all the gullies that connect the highway; a tight security cauldron all around the Barabati Stadium; people across age-groups patiently waiting outside their community gates just to have a look at the stars.
