Property data suggests Devisha Yadav purchased two other apartments in the same development in March 2025. Those units were located on the 17th and 18th floors and had a combined carpet area of around 4,222 sq ft.The earlier deal also included six parking spaces. Stamp duty alone crossed Rs 1.26 crore.
