Indian Women’s League 2025-26 starts December 20 at NCE Kolkata with Sethu FC vs Kickstart FC. Eight teams play in two phases across NCE and Kalyani Municipal Stadium.

The Indian Women’s League 2025-26 will commence on December 20, 2025, at the National Centre of Excellence (NCE) in Kolkata, with Sethu FC facing off against Kickstart FC at 09:00 IST.

The IWL will be conducted in two phases.

The first phase will run from December 20, 2025, to January 9, 2026, featuring 28 matches among the eight teams. The matches will take place at two venues: the NCE in Kolkata and the Kalyani Municipal Stadium in Kalyani. This season, the league is being held in a centralised format.

The second phase is scheduled from April 20 to May 10, 2026, accommodating player availability for both the senior and U20 women’s national teams, which will compete in their respective AFC Women’s Asian Cups categories next year.

IWL Full Fixtures – Phase 1

The interval between Phases 1 and 2 of the IWL also provides sufficient time for the three national teams to organise preparatory camps ahead of their continental campaigns.
