Iranian teams have been rapidly restoring underground missile bunkers and silos damaged by American and Israeli strikes, bringing some facilities back into operation within hours, according to US intelligence reports.
The reports also indicate that Iran still possesses a considerable stockpile of missiles and mobile launch systems. Meanwhile, both the Pentagon and the White House have recently highlighted what they describe as major gains against Iran.
Officials stated that around 11,000 targets in Iran have been hit during five weeks of conflict. However, US intelligence agencies remain uncertain about how close Washington is to achieving its objective of significantly degrading Iran’s missile capabilities, suggesting the outcome remains unclear, New York Times reported.
