NBA star Udonis Haslem, who was speaking on the OGs podcast, has interesting insights to share about NBA legend LeBron James’ life. For James, the age factor is not that importan,t as he has built a pretty solid routine for himself. Haslem explains:“There’s no doubt in my mind, dog. We got a chance to see that first hand…I trust the work, I don’t trust the age. I don’t trust what people say, I trust the work. That’s my slogan to my kids.

Don’t listen to me, trust the work… And the work that that man put in, there’s no doubt in my mind, there’s no question, that he’s gonna continue to be able to continue to play.”

Haslem also recalls James’ habits, he said:“And at this stage of the game, for Bron, it’s not even a habit anymore. This is a lifestyle.” LeBron James has a power-packed schedule, and the fact that he follows it diligently makes him one of the most important NBA faces.
