Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile’s Bharat Ahlawwat on filming jail sequence with real ice slab; says “Skin turned red, mind went numb”

Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile, a popular show on featuring Bharat Ahlawwat and Aayushi Khurrana in key roles, is gearing up for some intense scenes featuring Raghav, played by Bharat Ahlawwat.

The upcoming scenes of the show will feature Raghav in a jail sequence after being accused of murdering Kriti. The upcoming scenes of Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile will be quite intense as Raghav will be subjected to rigorous torture, including a scene where he will be made to lie on an ice slab and will be coerced into confessing the crime. Although the scenes have come out quite visually appealing, filming the scenes was quite taxing for Bharat, as he had to lie on a real ice slab and expose his bare skin to extreme cold.Sharing his experience while shooting the sequence, Bharat divulged, “It was a very different experience for me. I have never done anything like this before. The jail torture scene was quite new and challenging for me. When I first read it, I was excited as an artist to get the opportunity to perform something so different. The scene was not very long, but the intensity was high. The most challenging thing was lying on ice.

There was only a very thin sheet, which kept shifting with movement, and since the scene involved struggling and reacting to torture, controlling the body while maintaining modesty was quite tough.”He further adds, “After the shoot, it had a real physical impact, my skin turned red, and at one point, it honestly felt like my mind had stopped working because of the extreme cold and discom. But that’s part of the process as an actor.

Overall, it was a bit challenging, but I also enjoyed it a lot. The shoot has been done very well, and I hope that the audience connects and appreciates it.”The current scene in the show has been keeping viewers engaged because of its interesting plot. In the current scene, Raghav has been charged with the murder of Kriti. In this context, one might think: Is Kriti (Gouri Agarwal) really dead? And if she is not dead, who has been manipulating Raghav’s life—Kriti herself or Sharda Bua (Jayati Bhatia)?
