CBFC gives clearance after minor edits

As reported by Bollywood Hungama, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) cleared the film with a U/A 16+ rating. The board suggested a few small edits, all of which were implemented without changing the story. With these adjustments done, the courtroom drama is ready for its audience.

What changes were made before certification?

The report revealed, CBFC required several changes before giving 'Jolly LLB 3' the green light. The word “f****r” was removed wherever it appeared, and an alcohol brand shown in the film was blurred. The old disclaimer was replaced with a new one, while a fictional place and year were added at the beginning. A scene showing cops assaulting an old man was toned down, and a dialogue was changed to “Emergency Clause,” with a visible logo in the same scene altered.Another logo on a file carried by Janaki (Seema Biswas) was blurred, and in the second half, a dialogue was modified to “Janki amma ka gaon sirf ek…cheque muh pe fek ke mara."
