Junior Lecturers Association demands declaration of probation for 2023 batch

The Telangana Gazetted Junior Lecturers Association, in its State council meeting held at Hanamkonda on Friday (June 26), demanded the State government for declaration of probation for the batch of 2023 lecturers.

Its leaders said that the government has regularised the service of contract employees in May 2023, but no probation has been declared till now. For nearly 3,200 aggrieved employees, they said a nodal officer must be appointed at the Board of Intermediate Education.

The association also resolved that the breakfast and mid-day meal scheme in junior colleges, started in a few colleges, must be expanded to all colleges.
