This birthday turned out to be especially memorable for Kanwar Dhillon, as the Udne Ki Aasha actor combined the celebration with a housewarming at his new residence in Mumbai. The intimate gathering marked not just another year, but the beginning of a new chapter in a home he describes as a long-cherished dream.

He shares, “This birthday was really special as it coincided with my housewarming. Interestingly, this is the second time this has happened. When I moved into my previous home, just before the COVID-19 lockdown, we celebrated my birthday there as well. But this one felt different. It took nearly a year to complete the interiors, and when we finally moved earlier this month, this was the first time we hosted people. It was an emotional and fulfilling moment.

The evening saw the presence of close friends from the industry, including his girlfriend, Alice Kaushik, along with Rahul Kumar Tewary, Neha and Yesha Harsora, Puru Chhiber, Neil Bhatt, Abhishek Bajaj, Sara Arfeen Khan, Kinshuk Mahajan, and Pranali Rathod.

Speaking about the celebration, he says, “It was a lovely and memorable time with my family, friends, and colleagues. There was no specific theme. It was a relaxed evening where everyone felt at home and enjoyed the music and vibe.”

The highlight of the night came as a surprise. “During the party, my brother suddenly gathered everyone around the television. My fans had coordinated with him and booked ads on the Times Square billboard. We watched the live stream together, and it was truly overwhelming.” For Kanwar, the home itself holds deep meaning. He shares, “Building a house like this in Mumbai takes a lot of planning, effort, and sleepless nights. It’s a result of my parents’ and my years of hard work. From living on the ground floor to now being on the 33rd floor, waking up to those views feels surreal.” “It was a night of gratitude,” he adds.
