The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on September 25, 2025. This marks Vineeth Sreenivasan’s return to the thriller genre after 12 years, with his last thriller being Thira in 2013.

While Vineeth is best known for emotional and feel-good films, ‘Karam’ stands out with its gritty and intense tone; this shift in genre adds to the excitement among fans and the industry.Noble Babu Thomas is not just acting in the lead role but has also written the screenplay for ‘Karam.’ The female leads in the movie are Audrey Miriam and Reshma Sebastian, and the supporting cast includes notable actors like Manoj K. Jayan, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Babu Antony, Vishnu G.

Warrier, and Johny Antony.The film’s shoot was done in multiple international and domestic locations. A large part of the movie was filmed in Georgia, especially near the Russia-Azerbaijan border. In India, scenes were shot in Shimla, Chandigarh, and Kochi. The team spent nearly a year planning and scouting for locations before the shoot began in April 2024.The official trailer of the film is expected to release in August 2025, ahead of the film’s theatrical launch.
