How eager can one be to glance upon their favourite artiste when they finally make an entrance? However high the bar we set, it was definitely surpassed when Karan Aujla made it to stage after a wait of 40 minutes.
And what an entrance it was.
Punjabi aa gaye oye!
During his Pune debut on March 3, for the P-POP CULTURE India Tour 2026, produced by Team Innovation, Karan Aujla had a sold out Mahalakshmi Lawns on its feet right from the start. The concert kicked off with Aujla making a dramatic pop-up entry on the main stage, immediately starting off with MF Gabhru. Its not often that we witness an artiste perform in two different cities in a single day. Just earlier that day, he was seen giving an electrifying performance in Mumbai for his daytime concert.

The loudest pops of the night came with Tauba Tauba and For A Reason. During the closing moments of the concert, Aujla went crazy with pyrotechnics and firework as he gave a memorable finale with Try Me, Daytona and Gangsta. Enhanced lighting, IMAX-style LED visuals, vibrant stage props, fireworks and flares amplified the evening spectacle, keeping the energy soaring throughout the night.During the concert, the Punjabi popstar was definitely happy to be in Pune for the first time as he repeatedly expressed his gratitude and excitement of playing for a sold-out arena in a new city. He states, “Pune, performing with all of you was an incredible experience. Seeing your energy, your positivity and passion made this show feel like a festival. Thank you for celebrating music, culture and passion with me.”
