Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah shares PM Narendra Modi’s ‘confidential exchange’ at HAL airport in Bengaluru

A photograph of Prime Minister Narendra Modi whispering into Karnataka’s Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s ear on his arrival at the airport in Bengaluru on April 15 had sparked widespread curiosity and speculation in social media.

When reporters in Mysuru asked Mr Siddaramaiah about his ‘confidential exchange’ with the Prime Minister, he revealed that Mr. Modi asked him what was his stand on women’s reservation. “I replied we are in favour of women’s reservation,” said Mr. Siddaramaiah.
